Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C). Press one of the pie crusts into the bottom and up the sides of a 9 inch pie plate. Refrigerate the other crust until needed.&lt;br /&gt;2. In a large saucepan, combine sugar and flour. Stir in &lt;b&gt;pineapple&lt;/b&gt; and sour cream until combined. Cook and stir over medium-high heat until thickened and bubbly. Reduce heat; cook and stir 2 minutes longer.&lt;br /&gt; 2. Remove from the heat. Stir a small amount of hot filling into egg yolks; return all to the pan, stirring constantly. Bring to a gentle boil; cook and stir 2 minutes longer. Remove from the heat. Pour into pastry shell.&lt;br /&gt; 3. In a small mixing bowl, beat the egg whites, vanilla and cream of tartar on medium speed until soft peaks form. ReaLemon&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;1 (9") cooked pie crust&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;br /&gt;INSTRUCTIONS&lt;br /&gt;In large bowl blend in condensed milk, pineapple (drained) and ReaLemon. Fold in Dream Whip. Add pecans and pour into pie shell. Refrigerate for 4 hours before serving. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until mixture is clear. Cool. Blend cream cheese, sugar and salt in bowl. Add eggs, one at a time, beating after each addition.&lt;br /&gt;Blend in milk and vanilla. (Don't worry if mixture looks curdled, it bakes out.) Add flour and lemon juice. Fold in pineapple.&lt;br /&gt;Fill an 9 inch, unbaked pie crust with pineapple mixture.&lt;br /&gt;Bake at 375 degrees for 35 minutes. Remove and cover evenly with coconut topping. Return to oven and bake about 20 to 25 minutes more, until topping is brown.
